At DAY Birger et Mikkelsen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your return at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
